      Ipsen has developed itself a lot in recent years, and is now showing a clear direction of where it wants to go. The leadership is effectively communicating what is needed from everyone, and is increasingly listening to what the employees want. Ipsen is actively investing in its R&D, and there are many exciting projects for scientists in this industry.

      Cons

      The high level of change in recent years has led to increased numbers of change projects which can take up a lot of peoples' time, and which in the short term are producing additional burden, but the results are starting to be seen and this should ease off.

      Pros

      Clear direction and ambition for the business. Opportunity to develop and learn is there if you want to take it. The growth of Ipsen means that it is a hugely exciting place to be with so much potential. I definitely feel part of the future of Ipsen and there is a strong sense of commitment to doing the right thing for our patients as well as the business.

      Cons

      The ambition and pace of growth means it is a busy place with opportunity to stretch up but if you aren’t willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty it’s not the right place for you.
