      Pros

      Cannot think of any. People seem friendly at first till you find out they're vampires.

      Cons

      Inept management and catty work environment. The Cambridge site consists of a small group of people who hide their incompetence by finger pointing and blaming their fellow coworkers for their mistakes. Just a hurtful and troubling experience.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are great! People are nice. Oncology growth is promising but neuroscience looks dim. Vacation time is great.

      Cons

      Bias among US divisions. Constant justification and accountability for your job. The amount of activity tracking is extreme No trust in their employees.

      Pros

      If you like to work in a company with no clear directions, no training, very few SOPs, travels frequently with no clear purpose, having global team that couldn't careless about teams at local level (unless you are in France and to some extend Europe) which translates to almost hardly any TC ever in any given month, no career progression then this is the company for you.

      Cons

      If you want to excel in your career, you want to learn the most efficient way of doing things, goal oriented, like to achieve something that is meaningful, and you are not French, then this is not the company for you
