      Pros

      So, so much potential... the ELT convey a bold vision of Ipsen and genuinely believe it and strive towards it. I'd love to be part of that journey but....

      Cons

      They are badly let down by (most) of the next tier or two down. There is almost no collaboration between departments (and often not even joined up thinking within a department). There are numerous deeply inefficient processes (or complete lack of process) with mangers that don't want to change...... And don't seem to be held accountable. Sadly, the reality on the ground doesn't reflect the vision from the top..... And this does not add to a enjoyable working environment

      Pros

      small team working together for the most part, overall excellent people to work with which is the most important aspect?

      Cons

      lots of work for certain groups so can become overloaded given all activities, but scope for growth if you want it. Still developing an Ipsen culture from old merrimack so time will tell.

      Pros

      Some good drugs, huge potential to be a great company to work for and some great people work for Ipsen. Good salary.

      Cons

      There are constant ABPI/compliance issues within the company and huge issues with the way staff are treated by senior management. As a rep there is a constant threat of performance management and being pushed out. A total lack of transparency and respect.
