Whilst the reviews for Slough aren't great its absolutely not the case for Wrexham. Business future is exciting and very much around growth. Leaders care about the employees and are real people. Big focus on personal development.

Huge growth from the company and great leadership team with a clear strategy. For those looking for a career, your development will be strongly supported and you have the potential to be anything you want as long. Hard work is recognised and there are no cliques to overcome in your progression. Also a very pleasant environment and most people are very happy to work here

Cons

Very fast growth requiring changes to how people have worked / are working. Its not a place for plodders
