      Pros

      Some nice people work here who are dedicated to making a difference.

      Cons

      Certain leaders get away with just blatant running down of peoples characters. They continue to allow bullying especially from one individual female. They know who she is. This won’t change as she is a general dogs body to her boss. The leadership in sales and marketing is appalling- it’s very much if ‘your face doesn’t fit’ culture.

      From initial interview to 2 months in the company, I'm impressed by the way Ipsen walks the talk, and the many opportunities given to me to feel immediately being part of the team, an essential component of being efficient as fast as possible !
