      Helpful cross-function colleagues in the office

      Cons

      Leadership changes, lack of clear business direction, priorities change too often, health benefit is basic and restrictive. Lack of HR and career development plans, including a lack of talent retention.

      Good work environment, nice office Great internal social activities Very nice people

      Cons

      Location of the office not very attractive... Important turnover... many people leave, no loyalty... The company hires people based on their hard skills than soft ones... Old fashioned management, micromanagement, not inclusive, no collaborative approach , lack of good managers.... Did not feel trusted and felt very limited... Information is not shared, "information is power" Lack of internal process HR struggle to retain talents

      Pros

      Some really talented and passionate people here whom you can be proud to work with. Some good middle managers who understand engagement and strive to support and develop their teams.

      Cons

      Extremely internally focused. Teams leap from one business review or budget submission to the next. Culture of micromanagement and lack of autonomy/ trust for the teams from leadership. Most head office folk spend all day everyday in meetings (including after hours) which leaves little time to progress workloads. Sad to see what was a mostly positive and supportive working environment deteriorate over the last couple of years.
