Lovely people and helpful and naturally care for each other.

Cons

Workload extensive and timeframes impossible to work with. Extremely long hours and entails weekend work to manage workloads and expectations. Thus creating stressful and unhealthy work place.

Pros

Team members are always willing to help each other out. Management is very understanding, patient and fair. Work load is heavy, but manageable. Benefits are best I've had in a very long time.

Cons

Miscommunication between the business is a frequent occurrence. Turnover has contributed to a challenging work environment with constantly having to train new people. Advancement is almost nil. Mentoring program is only for selected employees. Cross training with other departments is not offered.
