Pros

Very encouraging of independence in your job. No micro managing atmosphere and very flexible. Great salary and excellent benefits for staff which really makes you feel valued. Plenty of staff days and evenings and a really great atmosphere. Loads of staff who have worked for the company for years which is a great sign. I'm genuinely really excited and proud to work here and so far feel engaged and challenged in my role. Even though it's a big company it feels quite small and very inclusive.

Hard working team, very committed and skilful, good benefits.

Cons

Lack of transparency from management, high demands on the workforce due to lean headcount and high staff turnover. Poor planning and inappropriate workplace behaviours not addressed.
