Great colleagues to work with. Great projects of expansion. Projects with new and innovative technology are prioritized for giving a better service to clients and customers.

Cons

Little recognition for accomplishments. Little opportunity for career growth. Employees investing a lot of personal time. Many projects to manage at the same time.

Acquisitions can work out to be unfortunate for dedicated staff

The organization is now being managed abroad, which is a good thing,

Cons

their decision making on acquisitions has been poor. Before becoming Indigo they were Vinci with extremely loyal staff. In the BC market they made a change( after I had left) which saw all of those dedicated staff leave, they are all ok but it was very unfortunate and their clients know it. These comments are based on the BC operation only
