There are some absolutely amazing people working at OT. Work is fairly easy, lots you can learn, some growth potential, decent wages for a short term gig.

Cons

but the company philosophy does not tend to look after the individual Wages are less than they should be in the financial industry Production floor is full of allergens Third shift is like the red headed step child, always forgotten except when something goes wrong, then always blamed. Secrecy on if someone is being looked at for an internal position. Don't plan to stay long because the skeletons come out of the closet the liver you stay. There is a revolving door of employees, not a great business model, especially for the industry
