Pros

All kind of cutting edge technologies used in DevOPS like Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Cassandra (NoSQL), Atlassian tools, Salt stack, git, jenkins etc. etc. The company has most of the product offerings in the form os SaaS and have it's own data centers and private clouds. As such, ample opportunities to learn new things. The best part is that I got a chance to travel to central Europe for my training for next 2 months as soon as I joined. That's very rare in the industry. And the travel experience has been so very good right from application for VISA till actual travel. Every department was apt and prompt in action.

Cons

The employee reimbursements are scheduled twice a month. It can be immediate as soon as reimbursement bills are verified. However, a 2 week waiting is not that much of a problem.

1. The product development follows BDD 2. Full of opportunities to do API testing of microservices 3. Tools used are very latest: Serenity, Cucumber, jBehave, RestAssured, Postman, SOAPUi 4. The UX/UI is developed using Angular 4. The end to end testing tool used is Jasmine which is another upcoming famous tool in the area of automation 5. Working on Remote Subscription Management of eSIMs 6. Friendly environment and flexible timings 7. HR department is very prompt in resolving any employee benefit related issues 8. In hand salary is better as compared to same CTC offered by others.

Cons

The technology roadmap is quite aggressive and it takes a lot of focussed efforts to learn new technologies and skill sets on your own due to unavailability of formal trainings in the open market.
