      A good work life balance A good medical and other benefits A lot of fun activities A good HR team

      Cons

      Not really a concern, but I wanted to highlight that it can be quite challenging to find opportunities to transition from project work into more hands‑on infrastructure roles. Overall, the company is very good, and everyone is very helpful. Line manager was very good.
