Pros
- Good material: I have been given a 13in 2017 Macbook, at first it was a T460 ThinkPad - Very good CE: reimboursement of 40% of your travel invoice (3 invoices for hotel + train + car rental) - Bois-Colombe Site is very spacious and beautiful; I work at Ecully, which is much smaller but still convenient. - Very interesting mission: I work on Maximo, a big maintenance solution. There a many entities within IBM, you can try to ask for other subjects! - A place to learn: here you will learn many new things, at least for me about IOT and very modern technologies - My boss is very kind - Flexible hours, a day of work starts at 9am and usually ends at 6pm but you can come and leave pretty much as you want, there is no presence control - Possibility to work from home
Cons
- No cheque restaurant: I bring my own meal and so I'm not paid for my lunch. Only people who eat at the canteen have some reductions on their meals. - Long process: Paper works should be more accelerated. - Work environment should be renovated, it's getting a bit old and does not attract young employees.
