Unlimited sick leave. 1 months of paternity leave. Tieup with day care with 50% co-pay up to 18000 rs Bluepoints - utilized for shopping Udemey, paid certification.
Cons
No work-life balance Bad management Worked 18 hours a day continuously for 4 months including weekends. If confronted- you may loose job. Silent firing- they put on bench or PIP then torture to put paper. Very less projects. Very bad work force management team- no calls for project in last 3 months on bench. Middle East clients treat you like slaves(FAB) - they don't believe in estimation- you have to complete work today means I don't care if it's possible in one day- I want to hear completed in next status call or they will escalate with IBM managers. IBM managers don't raise voice against employee exploitation by clients.
