      As a technical position, if we want to grow in our skill, it’s a little bit limited. We can only achieve higher positions if we change to more business related function

      Cons

      Unclear responsibilities, problems with legal framework alignment, double standards, poor management, loyalty and obedience over effort, skills and education. Classic 70's corporation with rigid hierarchy and camouflage of empty slogans.
