Pros

- You have lot of freedom and perks to begin with - There are regular team outings like lunch, dinner etc - The work place has a decent cafeteria - Regular technical training sessions are held and you can attend them

Cons

- Working on outdated technology (i.e SAS) - Don't have challenging work - A lot of clerical work (comprising 80% of your total time) - Don't see your personal growth - No work from home available - The median employee age is quite high (hardly any bachelors there)
