Pros

Good work/life balance environment (even before Covid pandemic). Uniformity in global response across all regions and all businesses.

Cons

Tendency to overthink things Too many layers (was being addressed before my departure) Corporate management was more reactive (sometimes overreaction) than proactively implementing policies and procedures according to corporate values.

Pros

Good additional benefits (staff mortgage rates, 30 days holiday with additional bonus days for volunteering, etc.) and the opportunity to work in multiple countries and meet / work with many different employees

Cons

Ability to manage up and take control your own career and obtain your own jobs is a must. HR support is not very present and the programme itself seems to be on a decline.
