Pros

HSBC treat well who get 1st and 2nd Rating. They get good Annual hike (15-22%) and bonus (Depends on designation ).

Cons

Because of this Bad rating system , HSBC dont have friendly environment.

No pros left now. It is not the same company as it was 4 years back

Cons

Hire and fire very much common. Pathetic work culture. Micro management . No flexi working hours.

- it has wide footprint in different business areas from global markets to retail. - it has well established organisational structure

- the management has no strategic view on how to position HSBC - the executive level has no direction to how to achieve what they need to achieve, just drifting around
