Pros

HSBC is international in scope with a worldwide presence. They are competitive in compensation and have vast resources to provide customer centric solutions.

Cons

Although HSBC is an international powerhouse within the banking industry, they have limited exposure in the United States. Sometimes they approach the United States with uncertainty as to how they want to proceed. The focus of the market niche is very limited in scope.
