Pros

Benefits and work/life balance are pretty good. If you are in a good department with growth, lots of opportunities.

Cons

I'm stuck in a group that has gone through several reorgs in the last 24 months and career growth is in neutral or reverse. Posting within the company is difficult at times.

Pros

The company puts a lot of emphasis on employee engagement and therefore there is a lot of open communication among colleagues of all levels.

Cons

Remueration appears to be better if you're an external hire as the culture in Singapore seems to be to get greater raises by job hopping.
