- Opportunities for advance in Canada and all over the world. - Competitive salary and bonus system. - Good Benefits package

Cons

- Very political environment - Should more directly link compensation to performance (efforts are being made though) - Need to develop younger talent.

Pros

Diverse field- highly prestigious - transferable skills to other industries - good compensation - highly multicultural-good compensation package

Cons

-employee evaluation : no one knows how goo they did unless its a sales job with obvious targets. -health package is terrible -once you are in a position its hard to move to another one.
