Pros

The benefits and the name or brand were a nice caveat when speaking to clients. There were some good people employed as "rank and file" like myself.

Cons

The management made it difficult to more forward. Keep in mnd that this is specific to district and branch. The technological capabilities were atrocious. The branches were not well maintained. The budgets were immensely tight.

Pros

Very results driven organization. If you performed, you were paid accordingly. Very "Corporate" in the sense of sharing ideas and being given credit when credit was due.

Cons

Complete lack of industry understanding from most managers. When an idea or concept was rolled out, it was like a bad game of telephone where the concept had been completely changed by the time it made it to the sales floor.
