Pros

Good work environment. Higher management is very approachable and understanding. Plenty of opportunities for working in different countries, even for new employees. You get a premium account with the HSBC bank which is really nice. Very good training programs for employees, some them are really advanced. Office space is excellent, loved the events and parties.

Cons

Employees using niche technologies have extremely monotonous work and less scope of advancement. Lower management is prone to taking bad decision. Commuting options are bad, especially for employees working odd shifts. Too many processes to follow to the point you spend more time following processes than doing your work. Many of them are practically useless.

Pros

Great location, fair compensation, work/life balance. Was given a lot of responsibility and rewarded for my work quickly through promotions and raises.

Cons

While I had a fair work/life balance, some employees did not. There were so many employees, some that sat right next to me, that I never had the chance to interact with. The enviroment felt unfriendly at times.
