Pros

the benefits are in line

Cons

Very political, a "good-ol boy's network"---they select certain individuals and groom them for advancment, and for that reason they don't always select someone who has the drive and initiative...bottom line: Talent doesn't always equal success at HSBC. They say all the right things to you and to the public at any job fairs, but don't practice what they preach.
