Pros

Good work environment. Free time mostly Good for those who want to pass their time.

Cons

No learning Damn Politics No Growth Saturated completely. higher mgmt says, we are not Service Oriented company so have limited (almost nill) opportunities to grow. Once in and spent some time then cannot go out and look for another opportunity because one forgets everything (skills).

Pros

Transperancy, quick turn around of policies lack here in GLT.

Cons

Salary is a main concern due to which one has to think of other organisations that might pay well. Something can be done about this.
