Pros

As HSBC is know as Hong Kong Bank here, working in HSBC can generally receive good recognition from the public. Workload are acceptable.

Cons

Not enough training for new comers. Not enough support from Human Resource. Too many internal system cross dept and countries.

Pros

Great senior leadership with compelling vision, diversity of staff and clientele, great time off benefits starting at three years, good overall health benefits.

Cons

The bank is going through significant changes and global outsourcing. The quality of middle and lower management is appalling. Treatment of employees is disappointing. Horrific operations and processes. Buyer beware.
