Pros

Lots of training opportunities. Good benefits and fair compensation. Great bonus system. Some opportunities for advancement, but you have to kiss up a lot to get ahead.

Cons

There is a lot of micro-management every day. Too much looking over your shoulder and too much pressure to sell products customers do not need.

Pros

being a leader in the banking industry it gives you the chance to learn from the best, and you have the great advantage of havingn the opportunity to move to other countries.

Cons

It might be difficult to get to the top because of the size of the bank and the number of people.
