-brand name, well known bank as International Bank

Cons

- Many changes internally, service charges, employee structure, program and systems for employee, etc, changes too often. - Many unhappy employee inside, that most branchs have super high turnover ----one. people quit because they are not happy ----or two. head office will announce to resturcture very often.

Pros

good training of work performance classes, able to rotate to other areas, cross-train and projects to advance. Learned about the value of production and quality

Cons

There was not much focus on advancing more employees to IT Dept.- There was only an emphasis on career advancement near a layoff.
