Pros

Good salary and benefits, good global reputation.

Cons

Lacks integrity in dealing with employees. Focuses negatively as opposed to positively. Employees are punished for not meeting unrealistic goals. Managers are forced to put team members on corrective action even when it is not merited. managers are not given the training and tools to effectively manage their branches.
