Pros

Salary and benefits. Well divided work. Good to work as the management. Structured approach to problem solving. Good documentation. Very international work environment with cross-region colloration on different projects.

Cons

Duty is too narrow, can only acuqire specific skills instead of a well rounded professional. Lacks team dynamic. Recent layoff is hurting the morale seriously.

Pros

Sound advisory to both corporate and public sector clients. It has a strong footing in the Emerging markets business especially the BRIC economies and this is where the growth opportunities are given fiscal problems in US and Europe.

Cons

Compensation may not seem compatible with Wall Street firms but it is a safe employer for the long run. Definitely not a hire-and-fire firm.
