Pros

- Culture - Gives a sense of confidence to the associates when they feel associated to such a huge brand name. - Good work-life balance - Overall decent environment to work in

Cons

- HR not so efficient and responsive. - Top management not too clear about the future plans their roles and responsibilities. - Appraisal system not taken seriously. - Some sort of bias treatment from management. - Frequent changes in organization structure, leaving a lot of uncertainty among associates. - Facilities given but you have to ask for (kind of request for it) and that too should undergo a lot of approvals.

Pros

Many positives - HSBC provides excellent benefits, global opportunities and enables employee career growth. They are fast paced and recognize natural leaders.

Cons

Continual reorganization has resulted in the loss of many positions and the excellent employees that delivered for HSBC. This presents uncertainty for existing employees.
