Pros

WFH 2 days a week (though they are actively trying to remove this)

Cons

Measured on “lending” but can’t get measured on “lending”. You’re taught to take shortcuts and game the system so that upper management can have good “numbers”. Customers aren’t a priority, they’re looked at as “can I get a £10,000 overdraft because they won’t need a PG” Lots of systems broken. Some of the managers are clearly inexperienced and take it out on their staff. Underpaid, progression within is so difficult regardless of your performance.
