Pros

Flexible benefits, healthcare, pension, hybrid working

Cons

The more profit, the smaller the bonus pot seems to be. Senior management giving lip service such as 'develop our people' whilst simultaneously saying there is zero training budget, so always having to self-fund, use own time. This is even despite the huge profits. Reality is a drive to offshore and employ those people with the skills they need and force out anyone else.

HSBC is a core Hub where resources not only get trained but get a full hands on experience working on Avaloq

Cons

The training is not the ACP which is certification from Avaloq
