Pros

- Okay pay - Matching contribution - Global opportunities - Shorter branch hours

Cons

- Toxic Culture. People avoiding responsibilities. Unsupportive Team. "It's not my job" - Outdated and non-user friendly technologies. - Only 'Talks' of caring customers but definitely 'numbers first' organization. - Mostly Chinese customers. If you don't speak Mandarin/Canto, you are not that important in the branch. - No sense of empowerment. Extreme amounts of red tapes, approvals, rules, and regulations. You just can't get things done by yourself or in time.

Pros

It's really easy to apply and get selected since not many candidates are interested in working in this bank. It's really ideal for university fresh graduates to get a start in the banking field. Pay is above average

Cons

Horrible management. outdated system. unmotivated staff. limited career advancement once you are in the organization.
