      3 month non-negotiable notice period beware

      nothing worth talking about. good campus. decent cafeteria.

      Cons

      recently, they have made the notice period 3 months to control attrition. this makes it very difficult to switch over since no company is willing to wait 3 months for an employee to join. so you will be stuck with hcl at low salary and find it very difficult to switch jobs. they dont reduce notice period even for people on bench or those not on project or non billable. 3 month notice period beware! dont join if you want career growth and increment. also, the increment they give is max 5% and that too only for a few chosen ones. there is no increment worth talking about.

      Job security is there.Big company name fame that's it.

      Cons

      Policy are not that much gud. If hcl sent u on client location like GE. then u r in hell.
