1. Management doesn't care a damn about the employees. 2. They kick employees out, with no concern on how someone who has served the company wholeheartedly, will survive without a job especially during a pandemic when it is hard to land a job. 3. Not a single penny layoff compensation. They don't bother to even talk to the employee and give any sort of counselling. Not sure if all Indian companies work the same way. At least my first experience with an India company has not been a happy one. Felt like laughing on seeing the 700Cr INR one time bonus announced by the CEO. it is a marketing gimmick. Just do the math. 700cr INR if divided equally among 150K employees, which will not be the case anyways. The people who grind it out at customer locations will get peanuts. 4. No proper planning for anything at the mid to senior level management. Just go out and sell bodies. Not sure how the top management works. Its another govt style of work. 5. Office space is crap. One needs to do only hot seating. Only a few perm seats. The depts tend not to book seats for their staff to avoid internal chargeback 6. Customers have a mindset when you say you are from HCL. Oh the indian co so should be cheap and wont deliver 7. Everything is crap abou t this co. So beware.
