      No pros, only negative impressions

      Cons

      Does not take care of employees, fires them when no new projects are available. Discriminates US employees against H1B labor. Look at HCL's SAP Implementations - disaster after disaster, lawsuit after lawsuit. MillerCoors is perfect example. Totally incompetent and ignorant management. What is funny is that all these incompetent HCL account executives and PMO run away from HCL and joined SAP. Poor SAP America... Sincere condolences to SAP America. They will ruin your implementations too...

      Nothing here to talk, old technologies and same old stuff

      People can get anything done with money, managers send employees to USA taking money, get jobs etc, there is a good business going on, if this is the criteria to get jobs or go abroad then openly say that, hardworking people just have to hardwork with nothing to give.

      1. Pune HCL office has only 1 Client Deutsche Bank, So if you are not selected then you are forced to relocate or Resign. 2. Managers in Pune Yerwada Office, are very egoistic and they dont care if the person is on bench or on project. They send you for Client Interview without giving enough info about the expectation from client. 3. Variable in the salary is not more than 50 %. I havent got more than 50% till now. 4. Hike is 0%. Manager told me that you are already on high package so no hike. 5. My Friend is only on Y(Yet to be confirmed or Project), since 6 months and the Manager is just sitting doing nothing. He doesnt even knew that my friend is under him.
