Pros
Though it grossly depends on your project and team. I got a very nice learning experience with the company on some cutting-edge technologies. Good working enviorment, use to love coming to office, even in shifts..:) weird but true... ambiance of sec 126 SEZ was cool, best part was bigg cafeteria with 24**365 fresh and hygenic food and amazingly massive parking space... Comapny has nice onsite opportunity tooo and respect for head hunters and fire-fighters. Fairly ok appraisals too, over all a good expereience.

+somewhat poor middle management +lack of logical thinking in middlemanagement, first thing what middle management does is to surrender before their clients, even if they are not at fault, they feel respect in kneeling down...its kinda funny sometimes..
