      Bad for working mom's - They don't give maternity leave

      After becoming pregant, I was informed that I was not allowed to take maternity leave, but men are allowed to take paternity leave. while the Family Medical Leave Act does provide 12 weeks leave time, company policy requires people to use up all of their vacation / sick leave first. Then, go on unpaid leave. This company needs to very much look at the way they treat women. It is a very male-dominated culture and I think this is the reason why they do not treat women the same way they treat the men.

      maybe the benefits are pretty good, although I've never taken advantage of them as I got out of the company as fast as I could once I figured out how bad they were

      Pay is average, not great work life balance sucks The company is closed from Christmas - New Years but makes employees take their own time off or go on leave without pay - total BS get everything in writing - the company will lie to you to get you to work for them. They will even change your job title, reporting manager, salary after what they say in a signed offer letter The insistance to only honor that which is put in writing but yet ignore your own formal practices that you mention in writing really creates a climate of distrust.

      Nothing Everything is Hell DB project is worst. Think before you join : U need to have good mental strength, they deduct your performance bonus every month, managers will exploit you as they are getting less salary than you

      Cons

      Managers Policies HR team Transport No one listen to you once you are in the company The only way to exit the project is resignation and when one resign they will make your life hell
