      Pros

      Many opportunities, a great place to learn. Many process are in place and are being followed as well.

      Cons

      Yearly reviews and appraisal are not great. After a time if you are in the same project, you'll feel no progress. More maintenance projects and less new projects.

      The place is that badly run, if you leave quietly enough you'll keep getting paid, only pro I know of

      Cons

      Struggle to get paid on time, bonus is more random than the lotto, middle and senior management all out of sync. Very dysfunctional

      Potentially positive work environment, decent company (on the surface), nice people to work with, opportunity for quick growth due to incredibly fast turnover

      Cons

      Where to begin. The communication in this place is horrendous! The project I was working for had almost lost it's contract multiple times and blatantly lied to me about the shift I would be working. After multiple weeks of training and building my family's schedule around the job offer hours I agreed to, I was told that I would need to either adapt to a different schedule or my services were no longer needed. Extremely unprofessional!
