      Great company to work for

      Pros

      - Very flat hierachy and a lot of space to test out new ideas and have a big impact on the company and it's direction - C level management are genuine and respectful and give clear direction as to what we need to do - Culture of the company is very positive and a lot of offices have a family feel to them - The company allows the freedom to work flexibly and we have a low turnover of staff

      Cons

      - Job can be a challenge as all growing startups would be, this is both a pro and a con - Work / life balance can initially be a challenge but has improved significantly in the last 6-12 months - Things change quite fast, if you are not used to this it could be difficult to manage

      - Lot of freedom if you are able to handle it - High-paced startup environment in a very ambitious company, with good growth opportunities and challenges to be tackled - Great team that pulls together and knows how to have fun - Meritocracy and fair treatment of people

      Cons

      - It's still a relatively early stage startup, things can seem a bit messy at times - some people will love it, not for everybody - The work can be really exhausting sometimes - you should be aware before you sign up
