Very friendly and helpful staff. NOT a toxic environment. Quite relaxed and flexible most times when you're struggling with work load Easy to get holidays booked Other departments are great to work with Flexitime Experience with a good variety of tests and instruments

Cons

The pay is quite bad, you're not paid what you're worth. You would get atleast 2-5 k extra everywhere else. Poor organisation of schedules and the lab but not the worst
