      good working atmosphere, pleasant offices, recognition of the work provided by bonuses

      Cons

      limited perspective of evolution after a certain point + limited salary after a certain threshold. Of course It's a subjective point of view. No remote at all. Understaffed, it means a workload. No international colleagues, pure french atmosphere. Not sufficiently digitalized, so heaviness of paper
