Pros

Very attractive business and interesting activity. Strong corporate culture with dedicated people passionate with their job. Great benefits (nearly 11 weeks holiday a year !).

Cons

Management style inherited from the past : ADP was a government company until 2005. Top postions are held by Public Servants and some of them do not have a clue of what a private company is... If you are not one of the gang you will never make it to the top. This may have changed with the new management that was put in place in 2013.
