If you challenge any management ideas or come up with any constructive feedback, your wings get broken and you can consider yourself stuck on that position/wage for the rest of your life there. The personnel fluctuation is huge due to the attitude the management has towards employees, yearly evaluations are completely subjective and only persons who play it polictically obtain bonuses or are oferred better positions within the company. The others actually get the job done. I had colleagues who never wanted to recommend the employer due to the way they were treated by the management. Exit interviews are not being read by HR or any other top management member, as the same problems repeat over and over.
