      Pros

      A very positive, friendly atmosphere. Great colleagues. The best part is the totally approachable management attitude. The doors of the Senior Management are always open, even to the most junior employee. The MD, Shri C J George leads by example in this, he is one of the rare Chief Executives who actually listens to his employees and spares time for them. I really loved my stint at Geojit!
