      Pros

      - they actually care about their staff. Management are very human - lots of very experienced people to learn from - processes and operational tasks can and are inefficient at any company, but comparatively, teams are well set up and processes are fairly easy and well defined

      Little to no career progression/roadmap or room for annual salary negotiations

      Pros

      Canadian and french teams seem very friendly Extra mid-year and end-of-the year bonuses Yearly Canada gathering, and yearly continental gathering, travel allowances Work Time flexibility

      Cons

      Very toxic culture in some teams (especially UK London IA) - lot's of drama, politics, lack of transparent communication, autocratic culture, lying on a constant basis. Drama, drama, drama. Just people who have deep issues.
