      Private company, talented leadership with a vision, Canadian based company, good culture and values, Technical/Sales meetings, Christmas party, work hard play hard style, trusted leader the physical security industry, President easy to approach, innovative company, many friendly and talented employees, work with latest technology.

      Cons

      No work/life balance, No much financial rewards, no career path if you don't make your own, salary lower end vs market in general, better be nice and do nothing than hard-worker and results oriented style, some people are too comfortable and will never challenge themselves, HR, Remember that you are just an employee ID number and they are just one of so many companies like others...
