      Pros

      Genetec is a great company that really cares about it's employees and treats them well. Unlike many security companies, Genetec takes internal security very seriously: from IT security, to physical security, and the security of the products they develop. If you want to make a difference and help keep the public safe, this is a good place to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes French speakers forget that there are people on the call who do not speak French and lot of information can be missed.
