      There's cake every month for birthdays

      Cons

      Too many chiefs, not enough soldiers. Every chief defending their fiefdom, and tons of politics between teams,to the detriment of the workers. Hard to confer with coworkers, because there always seem to be meetings. This is an at-will company, so you can be let go without notice. When the HR department comprises nearly 10% of the entire staff, you *know* there's something going on.

      1-fast growing in this field of surveillance and security software 2- good salaries comparing to other companies in Montreal 3- good for new graduates

      Cons

      1- for some ppl you feel like you begin it from all over again, specially if you are expert in your area 2- some departments works in relaxed atmosphere where some is usually under pressure 3- a lot of arrogant ppl 4- no communication and you ve to struggle to get a right info 5- teamwork is almost does not exist here
